I had Mark's put a Jasper 6l80 in my 2016 Silverado. they did an immaculate job start to finish. Their knowledge on the exact transmission, process, and estimates were dead on. Communication was great, it was done on time, and when I got the truck back it wasnt covered in greasy fingerprints or shop smudge. So, when the top end went on the engine I took it back to Marks for a Jasper engine. Same a before, they where extremely knowledgeable about the exact engine and process. When I got it back the check engine light came on, and what turned out to be an issue with bank one injectors was fixed by them for no costs except for their costs for parts. They completey owned the issues even though the injectors had 126K miles on them, prioritized the work, and I got the truck back with the same experience as before. They even held charging my card for the new injectors until I called to let them know all was well. Who does that anymore? These days its hard to find a store, shop, or business that does work the old fashioned handshake way... where name, quality of work, and integrity actually mean something. The old Americana way of doing business. Not only does Marks do an incredible job on their projects, but they are honest and operate with personal integrity. And what I though for sure was going to be a big hassle or expense after getting the new engine put in, turned out to be a shocking experience as to how well Marks takes care of the customer after the fact. Marks is absolutely my go to garage.
