Well, it did make a funny noise until I took it to Mark. He diagnosed the problem right away (water pump) and fixed it that same day. So glad someone referred me to Mark's Automotive when I moved to Mt. Juliet. They do an excellent job of keeping all my cars running and in good repair! They have never tried to "upsale" anything to me. Been totally honest about what I needed, even when I was willing to pay more for unnecessary work that other repair places tried to sell me. I am from Pennsylvanian and when my truck needed some repair work I was headed to the local dealership. When I mentioned this to my co worker she insisted that i take my car to Mark's Automotive. I am grateful for her suggestion. The work was completed when promised and the repairs were done correctly. They showed me the parts that were defective and explained the repair in detail.
