I work for an insurance company, and was initially referred to Mark's by our local appraisers. However, after having been there, I saw for myself, the many reasons they are so highly rated. I had a serious, costly repair done on my car a few years ago, which came with a 2 year warrantee. The issue recurred, and although the warrantee had expired, they promised they could get the manufacturer to replace the part, and offered to split the difference on my labor cost as a compromise. When I went there recently for several issues, they rated the ones that needed to be done right away vs the ones that could wait. Furthermore, they took me to my car & both showed me, and explained in detail, the work that needed to be done, in layman's terms. The one thing that I hadn't counted on, was the loaner while my car was under repair for 2 days. All of the gentlemen there are extremely knowledgeable, fair, and kind. I traveled 20 miles for their shop, but would go further for the confidence I feel in a job well done.
