Gone to Mark's for years and as always they are "Excellent"! I don't live in the area any longer and they are worth the trip. They go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks to Mark, Jr. and the gang! Appreciate your honesty and hard work!

Best mechanic ever. I take my car here because they are honest, professional, and good at what they do. I recently took my car in for what I thought would be a costly fix. I told them I expected a costly repair. Turns out it was something simple and inexpensive. They called me and let me know instead of charging me for the more expensive fix. I've been taking our four vehicles here for the last year and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else now.

I highly recommend Mark's automotive. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. They are good at prioritizing and aren't just trying to get your money.

I'm so pleased with the service I received. Mark's provided everything I could ask for: Knowledgeable and friendly staff, skilled mechanics, a quick turnaround time (despite their lot overflowing with cars), fair pricing, and a clean lobby. The supervisor greeted me at the door and let me rub his (her?) ears and scratch under his (her?) chin. He (she?) was very polite and didn't shout at me; he (she?) made sure everyone did a good job.

Took my car in for what I thought would be an expensive fix. Told Mark's what I thought it was. Turned out to be something far less expensive. They called and let me know instead of charging me for a repair I didn't need. This is by far the most honest shop I've ever dealt with.

This was my 1st time here and I must say, I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff,particularly Johnny (I believe lol). He made me feel welcomed and held a conversation like were long lost friends lol. My repair didn't break my bank account at all and I was totally at peace with my experience. Not worried about what the problem was & praying for a small bill LOL!! When they told me how much it was going to cost. I said. THANK GOD. I will def return , my murano has found a new home. THANK YOU MARKS AUTOMOTIVE!!!
