I had my first appointment last week with Mark's Automotive after a friend referred me there. Being a female who knows nothing about cars, I always dread the experience of dealing with anything related to automobiles. My fears were relieved quickly, as I was greeted promptly when I walked in, the reason for my visit was addressed promptly, I was given easy to understand options of how to handle my situation. All with absolutely no pressure. They were very honest with me, and I walked out a satisfied customer. Also, the others in the waiting area were long-time customers and had nothing but good to say about your company.

Worked me in during an emergency situation, quickly and professionally. Repaired the unexpected significant oil leak on my luxury SUV while I was in town on travel. That was 3 weeks ago and it is still doing great. Very competitive price, and I even got a full synthetic oil change thrown in at a very good rate. Quality is top notch.
