I took my car to Mark's for investigation of a leak. They performed a thorough evaluation of the car, and gave me a detailed description of what was wrong. They were honest and straight-forward with me, which unfortunately is rare in the car-repair business. I will be returning to Mark's to complete the repairs they recommended on my car. The evaluation and repairs were done within a day, and I even got a call at 10 minutes to closing letting me know the car was ready so I would have my car for the weekend!

I had my first appointment last week with Mark's Automotive after a friend referred me there. Being an older female, I always dread the experience of dealing with anything related to automobiles. My fears were relieved quickly, as I was greeted promptly when I walked in, the reason for my visit was addressed promptly, I was given easy to understand options of how to handle my situation. All with absolutely no pressure. They were very honest with me, and I walked out a satisfied customer. Also, the others in the waiting area were long-time customers and had nothing but good to say about your company.

Dropped in for a Mark's to check on noise I was hearing from the rear tires. Fortunately they had a cancellation and took it in. Brake pads wearing unevenly was the problem. They took the time to show me the pads, explain why it might have occurred, ordered the parts and installed the pads. Wonderful customer service.

Marks Automotive is the most honest, nicest, most repspectful auto mechanic shops I have ever been to they are amazing. I refer anyone and everyone I know to them.
