Friends and family told me great things about Mark’s for years. I do a lot of my own maintenance and have a neighbor with skills so I rarely take my vehicles to a shop. A 6-month old emission’s problem remained unsolved as I approached my inspection due date so I gave Mark’s shop a shot at the title. I wished I had gone to them in the first place. They found the REAL problem and would have saved me time and frustration at changing out parts that didn’t need changing. Being very familiar with my car's system, I also knew they weren’t gouging me on parts and came in well below their original estimate when the work required less labor than expected. Mark junior showed me the bad part and gave me options for follow-on problems—actually advising me to take the least expensive solution. Mark’s shop will be my first stop with future vehicle repairs!
