They kept me informed of my vehicle's progress and took great care to make sure the repair was done correctly and promptly. They are NAPA certified, too. Pricing was very good. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and my kids loved saying hi to the sweet little dog. I'm so glad they were recommended to me!

When I go to Marks Automovite if I am always greeted very respectfully I'm always out at a reasonable time and the price is always reasonable if I don't have enough money to finish they always do a payment plan I think I have the best auto mechanics and the history of Nashville but I'm a little biased I've been going there for at least six years since I moved to Nashville thank you

Excellent service and wonderful friendly staff. Great pricing and they told me I didn't need several services that i thought I would need like spark plugs, front brakes. Most other places would have just replaced even if it wasn't really needed!!!!!

We have 3 vehicles and take them all to Mark's Automotive. We have used them for the last 4-5 years and never had any reservations. They are efficient, communicative, and do excellent work. I have never had to return a vehicle to have work redone. I will not take my cars anywhere else for service and maintenance work.

My brakes felt funny and the car was not stopping quite so quickly, so I came here to get it checked. Being new to the area, I checked Google for highly reviewed shops in my area and found Mark's. Those reviews were right. They are very professional, I was told exactly the problem (my rear brakes were out of alignment), and I was charged only for that service. In summary, they are honest, polite, and professional. Worth every penny.
