Mt. Juliet Auto Repair

I don't have enough words to say how great they were. I live in rural West Tennessee and chose them based on Yelp reviews. I have never dealt with a more professional mechance shop. They got my Explorer repaired 2 days early, did a couple of small things in addition to my problem and did not change the price. So refreshing that they treated us as if we were their only customer. Johnny was fantastic to deal with, I wish I were close so they could work on our other vehicles!

These guys are great!! They took the time to show me what was wrong with my car so I felt completely comfortable. Great customer service and very personable and polite; I felt like The service was priced fairly. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends. I actually found this place because of the Yelp reviews, so I wanted to pay it forward for anyone out there who may be looking for a great mechanic in the area.

Mark's team once again provided excellent service, and repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion. The repair was expensive, but much less than if I had taken it to the Ford dealership, They operate with a level of integrity that is rare nowadays and they always repair it right the first time.

I have went to Mark for anything wrong with my car since moving to Lebanon and I would not take my car anywhere else and will recommend him to any one who needs a car fix. He is reasonable and will do a great job no matter what. My family knows and trust Mark for doing a great and dependable job.
