Very good customer service. Polite, helpful and honest. Quickly able to get my car to repair brakes and done within the day. Price was fair. I was given straitforward and honest feedback about what needed to be done. Communication was excellent. I liked that I could get someone on the phone without a hassle. The only suggestion I have for Mark's automotive repair is that you really need to have a larger more visable sign on Central pike. I drove up and down Central pike three times before noticing the teeny tiny sign at the bottom of the hill. Also, that flashing one was on Mr.Rooftop. I did not see it flash for Mark's till I was leaving! I will definitly be returning to you for all my car repairs and will recommend you to my friends. Wish I had found your buisness years ago.

We heard about Mark's by chance a few years ago and have been so thankful for that bit of luck. Everyone at Mark's (especially Mark and Mark Jr) are always so helpful and are very good about explaining what repairs might be needed immediately and what can wait for the time being. There is no pressure to add on any unnecessary repairs. Their costs are much lower than the chain repair shop we used to use and their work is always top quality. I'm not one to usually post reviews, but want to recommend Mark's Automotive Repair to anyone looking for a honest repair shop that does good work!

I came in for a routine oil change & as always, the experience was very positive. I booked my appointment online & was the first car they pulled in. I did not have to wait long, & the price for the service Mark's provided continues to be good value for the money. I'm glad to be able to support a locally owned & operated business over those generic big "chain" stores like Jiffy & others. Mark & his team are friendly & ethical. As a customer, I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, mistreated, or price gouged & that is a wonderful feeling to have.
