My wife's 2006 Volkswagen Passat broke down on her while driving down Interstate 40. We had the car towed to Mark's Automotive in Hermitage because it was within the AAA covered towing distance.They were polite and honest (they said if it was major they may not be able to fix it but could give us a good recommendation of who to take it to). It was an Ignition Coil causing the car to misfire. The total to fix it was just under $200, and we got it back by the end of the day.We could not have asked for a better experience!! Do yourself a favor, skip Firestone, and go with the honest folks at Mark's Auto!

Mark's Automotive is in my opinion the best automotive repair shop in Middle Tennessee. Not only do they do great work, but they are honest and reasonably priced. Mark is a man of integrity -- you can trust what he tells you about your vehicle. I have been going to Mark's for as long as I can remember. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Give Mark's a try, you will not be disappointed.

First time customer, new to the area. Found Mark's to be helpful, friendly, and courteous. I have a 2003 SUV that requires "tlc" and Mark's provided it. They serviced the vehicle, fixed a couple of minor issues and showed me a couple of more major issues that will need addressing in the future. All at a fair price. Not much more you could ask for from a great car care company.
