I took my vehicle in on 12/14/15 for an oil change. The service was excellent as always, and the price is far better than any of the "chain stores" in the area.

As always, the whole team was nice and courteous and honest. They worked to find the problem and we ended up taking it to the dealership ( it was a recall issue). They were so helpful and we had to fight them to pay them a minimal fee for all of their hard work. I've never had a bad experience at Marks!

I really trust the owner and the crew at this shop.As a woman, I have loathed taking my car to anyone because Ive been taken advantage of and I didn't trust mechanics but since I've moved to Tennessee I wouldn't trust any place but Mark's Automotive I've referred my friends and they love this place too the best place for honest good quality work and friendly staff

Mark and Mark, Jr. are the best! They listen to the customer, inspect the vehicle accordimg to the custkmer's wishes and does the work that needs to be done and advises you when certain work does not need to be done. They are honest mechanics and good guys to deal with.

I've been a customer of Mark's Automotive Repair for at least a year now. This was my first visit for an oil change for my recently purchased newer vehicle. Mark's has a great price for oil changes & the service/experience is alot better than any visit I made to a jiffy lube in the past. I love the fact that I can say "my mechanic is just down the road" & I'm happy to support a local neighborhood business that has treated me w/ kindness & respect on each visit.

Mark Junior and the crew handled my wife's check engine light on our '04 Lexus GX 470 quickly and appears to be completely. Very professional interaction.
