I took my Murano into Mark's first thing when they opened one morning to get an oil change and my tires rotated. They took it right back and did what needed to be done and I was out of there in a timely manner. Mark and his staff were friendly. It's nice going into a family owned auto repair garage because my family owns one back home so that's what I'm used to. Also, there was another time that I had taken my previous vehicle (Dodge Journey) into Mark's because I was having issues with it and it needed more attention that what his shop could provide so he referred me to Nashville Electric Services who were also helpful and friendly. Mark is helpful and it seems he likes to take care of his customers, which is appreciated!
