They're honest, thorough, and take a genuine interest in their customers.About six months ago, they provided an estimate for my damaged vehicle, quickly determining that their shop would be unable to address the kind of repairs needed. Despite this, they still followed up with me a month later to see how everything turned out - not because they stood to gain/lose anything; they just wanted to check in.I'm of the opinion that two things are notoriously difficult to find: a good mechanic and a good dentist. Mark's Auto may not be filling any cavities (hell, maybe they could - who knows), but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
